Be sure to check out our new luxurious property, Waterside Retreat new for the 2012 season. This is a large spacious property fitted out to a high standard has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and sleep 11 people.

The Norfolk Broads are a great place for fishing (closed season 15th March to 15th June) and wildlife watching and we have 4 great properties all on the water front and all with rowing dinghies.

We (a group of ten friends) really loved the house. We missed having a boat ride because of the weather but the warm, clean, inviting house more than made up for the bad weather. Would recommend for big groups!

The fishing in the basin was excellent, as good as I’ve had in 25 years or so of Wroxham holidays. I therefore had little need of the rowing boat, although it was handy to have it available.
