The Norfolk Broads are a great place for fishing (closed season 15th March to 15th June) and wildlife watching and we have 4 great properties all on the water front and all with rowing dinghies.

Within easy walking distance, visitors will find riverside pubs and restaurants, shops and day boat hire, whilst sandy beaches, nature trails, golf courses, craft barns and National Trust properties are all under 15 miles. Norwich , a charming cathedral and university city, boasts galleries, museums, excellent shopping, cinemas, theatres and a castle (12 miles).
